Promotion

• Disclose every partnership mention per FTC guidelines (#ad or SwiftQuote partner).
• Never imply specific rates, discounts, savings amounts, cheapest pricing or guaranteed savings.
• Never give insurance advice or imply you are a licensed agent.
• Share links only; customers complete their own applications. No discussing coverage or price.

Fees and enforcement

Fees are flat, identical each time and independent of sales. Existing validity review, payment and 1099 handling apply. The agency may request post removal, warn, suspend or deactivate for cause.
